A Lift gate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will lower your shipment to the ground. The truck driver will place your order on the ground curbside, and you are responsible for moving it to your desired location.

You may be required to meet the freight delivery driver at a designated location near your residence including but not limited to; customers residence is located on a dirt road, weight restrictions, or a dead-end road in which the freight driver is unable to proceed.
